I’m not claiming this is the best films ever, just movies I found worth watching. Some amazing well known titles, some less known well worth a watch. Just one film per director, otherwise there would be too many films from Kurosawa, Bergman and Ozu on this list.
The list is sorted by year of release. Besides movies, there are a few documentaries here as well. (Seems I’m getting a bit more into documentaries lately, might need to split up the list a bit at some point… For now it’s both films and documentaries together.)
